What’s the Theme?
The Sun. Energy. Radiance.
From flowing yoga to sun-inspired art, the whole day is designed to honour the vibrant energy of summer and reconnect you to your own inner light.

Ease in, settle down, sip something warm, and get ready for a day just for you.
9:30–10:45am – Yoga: Rise & Shine
An energising, feel-good flow with Rosie Marsland, founder of Rosieglo Yoga. Rosie’s teaching brings connection, fun and space to pause from the daily hustle. Her warm-hearted style encourages mindful movement, ease, strength and smiles.

Because good vibes need good tea.
11:00–12:30pm – Art Session 1: Sunshine Stencilling onto Fabric
With the creative guidance of Sarah Baker, you'll bring your sunshine to life on fabric, designing your own stencils and blending acrylic paint. Sarah’s sessions are uplifting, inspiring and supportive, making space for everyone to get arty, breathe and enjoy some creative headspace—no experience needed!
12:30–1:30pm – Nourishing Lunch
Enjoy a delicious, wholesome lunch freshly prepared by the brilliant Frogmill catering team.
1:30–2:30pm – Art Session 2: Medative Zentangle Drawing
Ease into the afternoon with calming monotone drawing using Zentangle-inspired techniques. Sarah will guide you to unwind, focus, and enjoy the meditative process of mark-making.
Need a change of scene or break from a screen? You may not have picked up a paintbrush since school or be a regular arty type- don't worry, Creative Coffee is suitable for all. It provides a supportive, safe, environment just to have a go, whilst enjoying a coffee, cake and natter at the same time!
Each week we will have a go at exploring a new artistic idea or technique. There will be initial input from professional art teacher, Sarah, who will explain and demonstrate, then be on hand to advise and guide. Over the weeks we will explore drawing, painting, printmaking and collage. Every week will be different, so you can dip in and out of sessions as it suits you.
All materials will be provided- you may wish to bring an apron as some materials may stain your clothes.
Each session runs from 1-2.30pm and costs just £12 and includes art materials, a mug of coffee and a yummy cake.
Come with a friend or come with yourself- all ages are welcome!

Following the success of Creative Coffee and feedback from our participants, we are launching monthly evening workshops. The lovely ladies at Como Blend have agreed to open specially for us, so we will have the cafe to ourselves. Just like Creative Coffee, we provide a supportive, safe, environment just to have a go. The longer session means we will have time to take on bigger projects and enjoy a glass of Prosecco along with a natter.
Each month will have a different focus. There will be initial input from professional art teacher, Sarah, who will explain and demonstrate, then be on hand to advise and guide.
All materials will be provided- you may wish to bring an apron as some materials may stain your clothes.
Each workshop costs just £25 and includes all art materials, a glass of Prosecco and nibbles. The coffee shop will be open, so there will be an opportunity to purchase further drinks and snacks.
Come with a friend or come with yourself- all ages are welcome!
Workshops run from 6.45-9pm
